The Living Dreamcatcher

By Adam Mandias

Twenty-year-old Phillip Wolfe has always had vivid dreams, but only recently have they been haunted by a beautiful girl. And only last night did she finally speak.

“They’re coming to kill you. Run.”

When her warning goes unheeded, an assassin named Mal infiltrates Phillip’s dream and holds a knife to his throat. She wants Phillip to help her reawaken the world’s deadliest dreamer. When Phillip refuses, Mal swears she’ll find his loved ones and break him. As a living dreamcatcher—a person able to wield imagination like a weapon—Phillip escapes with his life, but only barely.

Desperate to grow stronger, Phillip takes refuge at Mandala, an organization that trains people like him to protect clients from assassins like Mal. But as Phillip is dragged deeper into their war over fate, he’ll discover that not everything is as it seems. A mole is running rampant around the company, traps being sprung at every turn, and agents keep dying at alarming rates. To survive and save his family, Phillip must master powers that could reshape the world.

For at Mandala, there’s just one rule: Dream big, or die.
